All packages include our 21 foot rotisserie smoker, Pit Master Mike, buffet equipment, Chinet Plates, plastic utensils, paper napkins, Mike’s Four Star BBQ sauce, and plenty of wet naps. Additional servers are available for $20/ hour each. Prices do not include tax or gratuity. Additional mileage charges may apply for events outside Kitsap County.

Carolina Style Pulled Pork-
Fresh pork shoulders seasoned with own spice rub and slow smoked for up to 16 hours. This is what pit BBQ is all about!
BBQ Beef Brisket-
Whole packer cut briskets dry rubbed and smoked for up to 20 hours. Sliced to order for your guests.
BBQ Chicken ¼’s (dark meat)-
Meaty leg and thigh quarters slow smoked and basted with our BBQ sauce.
BBQ Pulled Chicken Sandwiches-
Slow smoked dark meat chicken, pulled from the bone, ready for sandwiches.
Mixed BBQ Chicken ¼’s-
A mix of white and dark meat, slow smoked and basted with our BBQ sauce.
Smoked Sausages-
Slow smoked, plump and juicy.
Slow Smoked BBQ Spare Ribs (add $1.75)-
Pork spare ribs, dry rubbed and slow smoked for up to 7 hours. Served either with sauce on them or on the side.
Slow Smoked Baby Back Ribs (add $2.25)-
Tender baby back ribs, dry rubbed and slow smoked. Served with sauce on them or on the side.
